2. Influencer Network Registration

This section applies if you register through our Influencer Network form. It is in addition to the rest of this policy. If they differ, this section applies to influencer data.

2.1 What we collect

Everything below is what you type into the form. Nothing is uploaded; we only ask for links.

• Contact: name, email, mobile number, WhatsApp number, city, state, and gender if you choose to give it.
• Profile: your bio, niches, languages and content formats.
• Social accounts: platform, handle, profile link, and the follower, view, like and comment numbers you enter. We calculate an engagement rate and a tier (nano, micro, macro, mega) from them.
• Audience: top cities, age ranges and male/female split, as you report them.
• Collaboration: collaboration types, your rates in INR, past brand collaborations, categories you won't promote, willingness to travel, media kit and sample-work links.
• Consent record: the date and the version of this policy you agreed to.
• Technical: your IP address and a reCAPTCHA check, used only to block spam and abuse.

We do not ask for PAN, GST, bank or UPI details, Aadhaar or any government ID. Please do not put them, or any other sensitive information, in free-text fields such as your bio or past brands.

2.2 Why we use it

• To review your profile and decide whether it fits our client campaigns.
• To match you to campaigns and contact you about them.
• To share your profile with the brand clients of a campaign you may fit (see 2.4).
• To keep records, prevent duplicate or fake registrations, and keep our systems secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. You only receive our newsletter if you subscribe to it separately.

2.3 Your consent, and withdrawing it

We process your data because you agreed when you submitted the form. You must be 18 or older. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing connect@propulsiontechnologies.com. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew, and it means we can no longer consider you for campaigns.

2.4 Who sees your data

• Our team: access is limited to staff who manage the network.
• Brand clients: when you may fit a campaign, we may share your profile details (for example name, handles, follower and engagement numbers, niche, location and rates). Your phone number and email are shared only with your agreement. Once a client has received your details, they are responsible for how they use them, and we ask them to use them only for that campaign.
• Service providers: the companies that host our website and database, deliver our emails, and provide Google reCAPTCHA. They handle data only to provide those services.
• Authorities: if the law requires it.

Your data is stored on servers in India.

2.5 Your links and accounts

You confirm that the accounts you list are yours and that the numbers you give are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Our system never opens, downloads or scans the links you submit. Our team may open your public profile by hand to check it. Fake, misleading or someone else's details may lead us to reject or remove your registration.

2.6 How long we keep it

We keep your profile while you are approved and active. If you are rejected, or we have not been in touch for 24 months, we delete it. We may keep the minimum needed to meet a legal duty or to stop a removed or blacklisted profile from registering again.

2.7 Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold and why, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can also raise a complaint with us first, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India. Email connect@propulsiontechnologies.com. We will reply within 30 days. When you ask us to delete your data, we permanently delete it from our systems, so it cannot be recovered.

2.8 Security, and what we do if something goes wrong

• How we protect your data: the form is sent over HTTPS, access to the admin area is limited to our authorised team and protected by a login, we do not accept file uploads, and we do not write your form answers into our logs.
• No system is completely secure. We work to protect your data but cannot promise it can never be accessed, lost or misused, for example through an attack on us or one of our providers.
• If a data breach affects you: we will act quickly to contain it. Where the law requires, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without unnecessary delay. Our message will say what happened, what data was involved, what we have done, and what you can do to protect yourself.
• Watch out for scams. Registration is free. We will never ask you for money, a fee, a bank or card detail, an OTP or a password to join the network or to get a campaign. If someone claiming to be us asks for these, do not reply, and report it to connect@propulsiontechnologies.com.
• If someone registered you without your permission, or your details were entered by someone else, tell us and we will delete them.

2.9 No guarantee of work or payment

Registering does not guarantee that you will be selected for a campaign, or that you will earn anything. Fees, deliverables and payment terms are agreed with you separately, in writing, for each campaign. Registering does not make you our employee, agent or partner.

2.10 Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for: content, links or accounts on third-party platforms; changes to those platforms' rules or to your account, including suspension; what a brand client does with information after we share it as described above; or events outside our reasonable control, including attacks on our systems that happen despite the safeguards in 2.8. We are also not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the network. None of this limits any right you have under the law, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

2.11 Age

The Influencer Network is only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that someone under 18 has registered, we will delete their data.
